At 5"7 and 150 pounds, I'm doing okay. Especially considering I started out at 180 pounds.
I have four children, and between each child I have managed to get the scale down to 150 without any trouble, but never have I managed to reach my goal weight of 135 pounds.
I lost the first thirty within three months, but since January I've been going up and down with the same few pounds.
People tell me "You're a mom now, you can't go back to how you were." or "If you don't lose all the weight between each kid, it's stuck forever"
I am here to prove them wrong and do something good for me. So here begins my journey of "the last fifteen..."
